How long will it take to receive my phone?
Normally we deliver your phone within 2-5 working days after the order has been processed.
Can I return or exchange my phone if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your phone. If you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another model, provided the phone is in the same condition as when you received it.
How do I start a return or a warranty claim?
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service via kundtjanst@tekkii.se and enter your order number. We will guide you through the process and send you a return label if necessary.
How do you contribute to sustainability by selling refurbished phones?
By buying a refurbished phone, YOU help reduce electronic waste. We make sure to reuse working parts and extend the life of electronics, reducing the need for new resources and minimizing environmental impact.
We use both original parts and high-quality third-party parts to ensure the best possible functionality and durability. Whenever possible, we aim to use original parts, but if these are not available, we use third-party parts that meet our high quality standards.
Does the use of third-party parts affect the performance of the phone?
No, all the parts we use have been thoroughly tested to ensure they meet or exceed the performance requirements of each phone model. The performance and functionality of your phone is not adversely affected by third-party parts.
Please note that some of the third-party parts used for repairs may give rise to an error message, as they are not original parts from the manufacturer. However, this message does not affect the function or performance of the phone. We want to assure you that although the parts are not original, they have been tested and approved to ensure that the phone works as well as before. The error message is only a visual warning and does not affect the use of the phone.

What warranty do you offer on refurbished phones?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our phones. The warranty covers malfunctions and any problems not caused by the user.
What does the guarantee cover and what does it not?
The warranty covers all factory defects and functional problems that may occur during normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by physical violence, moisture, or if the phone has been opened or repaired by a third party.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer D2I as a payment method to make your purchase as smooth as possible. With D2I, you can choose between different payment options, depending on what suits you best.
Can I pay for my phone in installments?
Yes, we offer the possibility to pay in installments via D2I. You can choose to pay in monthly installments of up to 12 months, depending on your preferences and approval by D2I.
Are your phones waterproof?
We cannot guarantee the water resistance of refurbished phones, even though they may have originally had a water resistance rating (e.g. IP67 or IP68). During the renovation process, some components affecting the watertightness may have been replaced or opened, so the original watertightness may have been lost.
Can I use my refurbished phone in the rain or in wet conditions?
We do not recommend using your phone in wet environments or exposing it to water. Although some models may be splash-proof, it is best to avoid any direct contact with water to avoid damage.
How good is the battery condition of your refurbished phones?
We make sure that all our refurbished phones have a battery that works well and has at least 80% of its original capacity. This means you can expect a good battery life, although it may not be fully comparable to a new phone.
